Sergio Garcia still in contention at Abu Dhabi Golf Championship

Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority Chairman, His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan received Spain’s number one golfer Sergio Garcia after he completed the third day of the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship, which ends on Sunday night (January 21).


The two chatted about the Spaniard’s Championship performance following a third round 69 which left Garcia at seven under going into the final day of the tournament.

 

 

A dozen of the world’s elite golfers are still in the running for the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship 2007, which carries a prize fund of US $2million including defending champion American Chris DiMarco, England’s Paul Casey, Welshman Phil Price and South Africa’s Retief Goosen.
